As a Sales & Lease Consultant here at Subaru of Nanaimo, Richard Charley understands the value of good customer service and is always striving to improve. Although Richard has been in the automotive industry for over ten years he says every sale still feels new and exciting. Richard takes pride in and enjoys meeting and assisting customers with their vehicle needs and has been recognized by Subaru Canada as Star Performer in 2020 and 2021.

With over ten years in the Auto Industry, Lisa Marchi takes pride in providing the best possible experience in the finance office. As a Finance Manager here at Subaru of Nanaimo, her goals include to continually grow and shape her department to the best it can be, with ongoing education and reviewing of processes for our ever-changing auto market. Lisa has been recognized by Subaru Canada as Star Performer in 2021 and 2022.
