I drove from Cowichan Bay to Nanaimo thinking I was just going to check out the car and go for a test drive and, within a couple of hours I was driving home in my new vehicle. We couldn't be more impressed with a car dealership than we are with Nanaimo Subaru.
We started looking for an SUV last October. Wanting to do our due diligence, we visited a LOT of dealerships in Nanaimo and Courtenay/Comox (and even one in Victoria), and we test drove a lot of vehicles. Last week we returned to Subaru of Nanaimo to seal the deal and drove home in our new Outback XT Premier. If possible, the folks at Subaru of Nanaimo should take first, second AND third place for best dealership mid-island! They were hands down the best and so tremendously above the rest! The entire experience with them was a treat. A very special shout out to our salesman, Levi Lamash -- very professional, thorough, polite, and extremely knowledgeable…he knows his product inside and out (and his competitor's products as well!). Everyone there was exceptional. Other shout outs go to Jesse (finance manager), Seth (delivery specialist), and the sales manager, Marcelo. We were so well taken care of by everyone.
