About Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal

Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal is BC Ferries' main southern Vancouver Island hub, located on the tip of the Saanich Peninsula in North Saanich, approximately 32 kilometres north of downtown Victoria. The terminal operates major routes to Tsawwassen on the mainland and to the Gulf Islands. The Pat Bay Highway (BC-17) connects the terminal south toward Victoria.
